Notice and Takedown Procedure

SwipeTrans is an aggregation platform that displays content from third-party platforms. We do not host any video content ourselves. Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of your local federal court

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Response Time

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt.
